Clarifying a 22-SKU Portfolio for Vietnam’s Leading Baby Cereal Brand

Vinamilk approached us to help update the RIDIELAC baby cereal range—one of Vietnam’s most familiar names in early childhood nutrition. With 22 SKUs across 10 flavor variants, the brand faced growing challenges in maintaining consistency, clarity, and standout presence on shelf.

Our work began by refining the overall brand strategy and visual architecture. We reorganized and restructured the portfolio to improve navigability for parents and buyers, making it easier to differentiate between flavors, product types, and age groups.

Packaging design focused on simplifying communication while creating strong shelf presence through intentional use of color blocking and iconography. The goal was to modernize the look and feel while keeping it accessible and familiar for RIDIELAC’s loyal customer base.

The result is a more cohesive and scalable packaging system that better supports buyer decision-making, both in-store and online.
